1. Who we are and about this site

The organizer of this activity planner and the operator of this website is ESE Management, LLC. ESE Management, LLC is an independent company. It is not a volunteer organization, and it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. References to wards, stakes, or units identify the groups participants belong to and do not imply any Church role in this activity planner or any endorsement.

The site provides information about activities and lets participants register and organizers and leaders manage each activity. Activity details such as dates, locations, schedules, and requirements may change, and we will do our best to keep the site current.

2. Registering for an activity

• You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete, including health and emergency-contact information. Please keep it up to date.
• Participants who are minors must register with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the registration and for signing on the minor’s behalf.
• Submitting a registration does not by itself guarantee a place. Leaders may confirm, waitlist, or decline registrations as needed to run the activity safely.
• Electronic signatures you provide on the site are intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature.

3. Activity forms and waivers

Taking part in an activity is governed by the release, liability, and consent forms that participants and their parents or guardians sign as part of registration. These terms cover use of the website only; they do not replace or limit those forms. Please read each form carefully. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Leader and staff accounts

Access to the admin area is by invitation only. If you have an account you agree to:

• keep your sign-in secure and not share it;
• use participant information only for planning and running the activity, and only as your role requires;
• keep any printed or downloaded information secure and destroy it when it is no longer needed; and
• tell us promptly if you believe your account or any data has been compromised.

We may suspend or remove access at any time, including for misuse or when a role ends.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information without permission;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the site you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with, probe, or overload the site, or bypass its security or spam protections;
• scrape or copy participant information, or use it for anything other than the activity; or
• use the site to harass others or to break the law.

6. Content and photos

The site’s text, design, and activity materials belong to their respective owners and may be used for personal, non-commercial preparation for an activity. Photos and videos of participants are used only as described in the consent forms participants sign. If you submit content to us, you confirm you have the right to do so and allow us to use it for the activity.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, video hosting and social media). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information on it (including weather, distances, and schedules) is provided for general guidance only. Participating in physical or outdoor activities carries inherent risks; please follow the preparation guidance and the instructions of leaders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESE Management, LLC and its members, managers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here changes the terms of the signed release, waiver, and consent forms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
